I used to make homemade bread a lot, but recently I quit and started just buying bread since my bread is only good for about 2 days. If I put it in the fridge it gets hard and dry- if I leave it out it gets moldy really fast... etc. I tried to make homemade bread our only bread, but it just didn't work... I'm going to try this recipe. I love how simple it is and that I can keep it in the fridge till I want some good bread fast... thanks! That bread looks amazing!
