I Wish
I wish I could take secret pictures of my students to show you the fabulous outfits they come up with, but I guess that’s not very ethical. However, I would like to report on today’s favorites. The lime green tutu over black jeans on one of my girls and the green Converse tennis shoes accompanied by white plastic aviator sunglasses with pink stripes on the side on one of the boys. *It is important to note that he kept both on for the duration of the aerobics class he’s signed up for.* It makes me smile.

Extra Stuff

It sounds like they’ll keep things exciting!
I thought tutus were in right now…. I wear them over my dress slacks at work. We are “business casual” though. Anyhoo, sounds like fun!
The scary thing is that outfits like that are showing up more and more on the college campus too. I feel like that old guy who talks about “kids these days.” It’s a sign we’re getting old. Yikes!
If you are really getting old, you can’t see so you can’t tell what they are wearing, and it really doesn’t matter. It is important to note that old people don’t complain because there are things to complain about, there have always been things to complain about. Old people complain so as they can remind themselves that they are still alive.
And I’ve just about had all I can take. (pinch me)
Haha…these things would have gone perfect with the lime green vest one of my students wore for picture day.
Are you student teaching now? or do you have a real job? And where? Let me know.
