Inspiration
Generally when a new year rolls around everyone hits the gym in an attempt to fulfill their unrealistic New Year’s resolutions. Apparently with pregnancy I’m supposed to “take it easy” in the exercise realm, so this year’s resolution won’t involve any races just a commitment to keep putting on the tennis shoes (even if Noel has to tie them) and get out there. Here’s my inspiration:
When Paula Radcliffe (professional marathoner) was pregnant she had to slow down and log 7 minute miles.
Although my jogging and occasional power walking isn’t quite as hard core, it still makes me happy when I pass people or discover that my speed is faster than the person on the treadmill next to me.

You go girl! But be so careful.
That is a great picture! Water aerobics, a sculpting aerobics class and at-home pregnancy exercises have been good for me. Good luck!
If you are ever in need of a lift in spirits, we could always race.
Keeping in shape is always a good idea, round is a shape.
Try lifting some weights, what does that baby weigh. Wait until that baby starts its marathon in your tummy, that will be good for kicks. I am sure it won’t take you long to get back to your old self, and that new self will be kind of neat too. Life is just around the corner.
Audrey, we are all so jealous of your great shape and endurance, great seeing you last week
