In Alaska there are no groundhogs, so this is malamute day. If they see their shadow it won't be for long, some eagle will snatch them up for dinner. Yum, Yum. At the waning down of this winter, in the dark days of Alaska, it does seem like Bill Murray's same day after day experience. The song that Sonny and Cher sing seems to hold a special meaning for those eagles who score a malamute. " I got you babe ". So until the ice breaks let's keep dreamin'. I want a bite.
