I know she’s young, but Ellen has already fallen head over heels in love . . . with puppies.

If she’s ever upset all you have to do is show her a google image search result for “puppy” and her reaction to this Super Bowl commercial is hilarious. (Just now when I queued it up she squealed and ran tripping over herself to climb into my lap and see the “puppy!”) We let her take one of her puppies to church on Sunday and she practically sat still for the entire sacrament hour, which never happens. She did loudly “woof” a couple of times, but that’s not worse than normal . . .

Noel and I are both afraid that one day we’ll unintentionally get her a real puppy just because we fell to pieces over how adorable she was with a real one.

Currently, we are strengthening our resolve against adorableness.
