March was a good, but busy month. Even in a pandemic it’s still March madness.
Sometimes I wonder why I keep this blog up and have often thought about just stopping, but there is something that compels me to keep it up, even if no one reads it. As I am writing today, I am reminded that when I do these recaps I feel increased gratitude and perspective as I look back on what we’ve done, survived, and enjoyed. That exercise alone is worth it for me, at least for today.
The first half of January was full of frustrating and scary politics with the storming of the capitol, but there were a lot of small good things in our personal lives.

In October, I think we were as relaxed as we had been during the entire pandemic. In November, we started to tighten up more. Between the election and COVID cases rising, the first week of November was a bit stressful.
