Bread recipes
I previously mentioned this really easy bread recipe that I found out on the internet. Since trying it I have kind of taken up the hobby of bread making. Fortunately, it’s a relatively inexpensive hobby with the bread costing about $0.35 per loaf. Not to mention that it is, in my opinion, yummier than your average supermarket bread. Lately things have been different with Audrey. She is always hungry, especially around breakfast time, and becomes ornery when we don’t eat in a timely manner. She’s always uncomfortably warm too, no matter the temperature. Naps are a necessity. She’s also been forgetting things more lately including locking herself out of the house the other day. I’m graduating on Saturday. I can’t even think of anything poetic to say. I’ve never been so happy for a cold, snowy day in Logan.
Arts and Sciences
Even though Noel is the engineer and I’m the English teacher, we don’t always fit the stereotypes for our majors. Although Noel’s academic life is definitely ruled by numbers and logic, my personal life seems more consumed with data than his. I count down the number of days until I’m done with student teaching (6) and count up the number of weeks I’m pregnant (12 1/2). I watch the checkbook religiously and love creating budgets. I look forward to Tuesdays…
