So, Audrey is running the Wasatch Back relay race today and tomorrow. I’ll try to post what’s going on as it happens, maybe with pictures if we’re lucky.

Top of Utah Marathon 2008
So, we ran the Top of Utah Marathon…again. This time Audrey’s parents ran it as well. My family came and cheered us all on. It was a great time. Talk Like a Pirate Today, Run Tomorrow
Avast, ye bilge rats! Tomorrow be the Top of Utah Marathon and me buxom beauty and I are running in it. Aye, there be an 80% chance of rain, but we’re going to brave the tempest and stormy seas, er … canyon. You can keep track of us while we’re out there tomorrow morning too.
The Oregon Coast
As our last vacation of the summer, Noel and I went to Oregon with my family. Seven of us piled into my parent’s Ford Windstar minivan with all of our stuff and drove to a little coastal city called Manzanita. Bryce Canyon Half Marathon and Exotic Deer
So, last weekend we went to Bryce Canyon to run their half marathon. It was a great time. We met up with our neighbors Ryan and Brianna, and his sister Julie who was running it too. Ryan got this idea to run it in a suit in honor or his brother who had just left on a mission. Apparently the whole run he had people making smart remarks to him: “Priesthood meeting isn’t until tomorrow.” “Where’s your companion elder?” etc….
Blacksmith Fork 15K
As a display of our patriotism, Noel and I decided to participate in a Freedom Run to kick off our Fourth of July. It was hot and now we’re tired, but we won punch passes to the local aquatic center – that will be a nice escape from our sweltering apartment. Noel’s parents cheered us on and took the beautiful pictures found below. PS Audrey got third place in her age group (Noel)
Top of Utah Marathon
Well, we did it. We ran the Top of Utah Marathon. 26.2 miles. Yep, that’s right. It was a blast. It was also painful. We both ran better than expected.
